PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT FOR PROGRAMMING MENTORING

General terms

1.1. This agreement is a public offer and defines the conditions for the provision of mentoring services in the field of programming (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") and the procedure for their payment.

1.2. Services are provided to individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Clients") who have accepted the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. The use of the Services means the full and unconditional consent of the Client to the terms of this Agreement.

Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Mentor undertakes to provide programming mentoring services, including but not limited to:

• Providing advice and recommendations on programming issues.
• Teaching and explaining complex programming concepts.
• Assistance in project development and problem solving.
• Conducting individual programming lessons.
• Providing feedback and analysis of the Client's code.

2.2. Services are provided in accordance with the rates published on Mentor's website.

Service provision procedure

3.1. The client selects the necessary services and pays for them in accordance with the current rates of the Mentor.

3.2. Services are provided remotely (online).

3.3. The schedule of the services and the duration of the classes are agreed between the Mentor and the Client.

Payment

4.1. The cost of the Services is indicated in the current tariffs of the Mentor.

4.2. Payment for the Services is carried out by the Client in accordance with the selected tariff.

4.3. Payment is made using the available payment methods listed on Mentor's website.

Responsibility

5.1. The Mentor is not responsible for the results of the use of the Services by the Client.

5.2. The client is fully responsible for their actions based on the knowledge and recommendations received from the Mentor.

Confidentiality

6.1. The Parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of the provision of the Services and not to disclose it to third parties without the written consent of the other Party, except as otherwise provided by law.

Final provisions

7.1. This Agreement is a public offer and is valid until it is withdrawn by the Mentor.

7.2. The Mentor reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement, of which he will notify the Clients on his website.

7.3. In case of disputes and disagreements, the parties will make every effort to resolve them through negotiations.

7.4. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Mentor's location.
